How your order reaches you
Step 01
You order
Place your order online, or send us the list on WhatsApp and we will invoice you.
Step 02
We pack
Orders are picked and checked in the Benoni store, usually the same or next business day.
Step 03
Courier collects
Your parcel is handed to the courier and you receive a tracking reference.
Step 04
Delivered
Delivery takes 1–5 working days. Someone needs to sign at the address.

Delivery addresses
We deliver to street addresses and businesses across South Africa. Courier deliveries happen during business hours, so a work address is often easier than a home address. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Tracking your parcel
Once your parcel leaves the store we send you the courier reference so you can follow it. If tracking has not moved for two business days, contact us and we will chase it up.
Missed deliveries
The courier will attempt delivery and leave a notice if nobody is available. Repeated failed attempts may attract a re-delivery fee from the courier.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will sort it out.
Need it before a show or an exam?
Tell us the date before you order. If the courier cannot make it in time, we will arrange collection or hold stock for you in store.
