Rafspa Dance Suppliers is a dancewear retailer trading from 2 Gousblom Street, Northmead, Benoni, 1501. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We only collect what we need to take payment, get your order to you and answer your questions.

• Order information — the items you buy, sizes, delivery preferences and order history.
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
• Sizing information you send us, such as chest, waist and girth measurements.
• Website information — pages visited and general device information, collected through cookies.

Your information is used to run the shop and nothing else.

• Processing, packing and delivering your order.
• Contacting you about an order, a stock query or a sizing question.
• Handling returns, exchanges, costume hire and custom costume requests.
• Sending marketing emails, only if you have signed up for them.

04. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to complete your order — the courier that delivers your parcel, our payment provider, and the platform this website runs on.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as South African tax and company law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Anything we no longer need is deleted.
